Hands on Earth jams are made using, whenever possible, seasonal fruit from local producers or with organic certification. The jams are handmade, made in small batches to guarantee the quality of the product.
The fruit used in our jams is whole and no fruit pulp is used. We don’t add any preservatives or artificial colorings.
Hands on Earth jams are subject to periodic blind laboratory analysis by the external company Laboratório de Análises Técnicas – Sagilab, which is responsible for monitoring the HACCP system.
