As this is an organic production, the selected flowers may be conditioned by the quality of the harvest. Harvests can be conditioned essentially due to these factors: Rain and sun, droughts or long-lasting rainy seasons, as well as weather conditions and the amount of moisture in the flowers when the flowers are picked.
However, we bring here the flowers that we use regularly.

The Flower Mix may vary according to the production season. All types of Flowers have a specific Harvest time.
Pansy – can be used in salads and desserts. It is known for its diuretic properties.
Calendula – It has a slightly bitter flavor, reminiscent of saffron, which is why it is used in rice, fish, soup, cheese or omelet dishes. It is widely used as a food coloring.
Roses – rose petals have a variety of uses: they are used in infusions, preserves, desserts and give a mild flavor to fried dishes.
Violet – has a sweet and fragrant flavor; fresh is used in salads; when crystallized it is used in confectionery.
