Condiments with Fleur de Sal

Flor de sal is only used to flavor food. It is not used in place of salt during the cooking process, instead it is added before serving, as a garnish, a “finishing salt”, to enhance the flavor of egg dishes, fish, meat, vegetables, chocolate and caramel.
The 'Cabrito' seasoning with flor de sal won the Great Taste Award.
