1. What types of payments do Hands on Earth accept?
Hands on Earth accepts payments through PayPal accounts.
Furthermore, users with a bank account at Banco Português will be able to settle their orders on Handsonearth using the Multibanco payment system.
Finally, bank transfers are also accepted after issuing an invoice.
2. What are the delivery times for my order?
Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales periods and holidays. With these exceptions, normal delivery times will be:
Mainland Portugal 3 to 5 business days
Azores and Madeira 4 to 7 business days
Europe 5 to 8 business days
3.Do we ship abroad?
Hands on Earth sends orders abroad. However, the customer will not be able to place the order via the website, they will have to send an email to info@handsonearth.com.pt with what they want to order and Hands on Earth will manually process the order.
After processing the order, Hands on Earth will send an invoice to the customer including the shipping cost. The order will be sent after payment by the customer. Payment in these cases can be made via Paypal account or bank transfer.
