Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), thiamine hydrochloride (B1), riboflavin (B2), nicotinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), D- biotin (B7), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and organic ginger powder.
How to take
1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
